Struggle hero commitment will stop the rot

Two years ago I wrote about a conference I attended in Los Angeles where the keynote speaker was the former premier of Colombia, Alvaro Uribe. Uribe enraptured the audience, describing the acute difficulties he encountered during his eight-year tenure transforming a country that for most of its 200-year history had lived in conflict into a flourishing and prosperous economy.Image may be NSFW.
